Two (ha) brand new tunes from Inspected-signee Culprate now, taken from his forthcoming release on the label, entitled the Nightmares In Reality EP. We’ve seen uploads of some of the tracks on UKF (the Maksim-featuring title track) and Inspected’s own channel, but these two cuts are taken from his UKF Glade Festival studio session and have finally been – hopefully reliably – ID’d.
The first, simply titled “Two“, is one of the more laid-back bits on the EP – but manages to concoct a violent mix of haunting vocals, crunching basslines and jarring samples in typical Culprate style. He’s able to apply his distinctive sound to any tempo and that skill is no more evident than on this record. The second one here, “Hall Of Mirrors“, is an intensely hard-hitting bass-led example of why I’m so fucking hyped about this release.
Check out both tracks below, and be sure to look out for this one when it drops on Monday on Inspected.
