Elvis Ain’t Dead?

Well obviously he is long gone, but the creators of that infamous Tupac hologram at Coachella 2012 have revealed which next dead musician is to be digitally resurrected. Digital Domain Media Group have joined with Core Media Group who own the rights to Presley.

Chairman of Digital Domain Media Group, John Textor, stated:

Elvis is the most iconic, most recognised performer on the planet, and we are thrilled to have been chosen to bring new performances and original shows where fans can have their own, new experiences of Elvis.

There had been rumours of this planned Elvis creation, but also along with a plan for a Justin Bieber hologram too, which I can only imagine being greeted very well by people…

Below you can watch the ground-breaking moment when the Tupac hologram ‘came-to-life’.
