Breakthrough artist Labrinth has teamed up with Sennheiser and Talenthouse to announce Masters of Sound, an incredible ‘once in a lifetime’ challenge for an unknown artist to collaborate with him in a London studio and create the next big tune!

Bringing together both established and undiscovered talent, Masters of Sound, a new project from headphone manufacturer Sennheiser, is opening a thrilling opportunity to aspiring musicians, producers & singer-songwriters to collaborate with one of the hottest music stars in the UK right now! Having already clocked up a number of countless hits such as ‘Pass Out’, ‘Let The Sun Shine’ & ‘Earthquake,’ Labrinth is at the top of his game, so for all the budding artists out there, you’d be silly to miss out on working with this epic game changer!

Leading the global search, Labrinth will seek out the next level of high caliber musicians, producers and singer-songwriters in the UK and internationally, to collaborate with him on the ultimate sound test track that will demonstrate the quality sound in Sennheiser’s award-winning ‘Amperior’ headphones. The winner (as selected by LabrinthSennheiser and the marketing/A&R team at Syco Music) will be invited to attend an eight-hour session with Labrinth, in one of London’s state-of-the-art recording studios to creatively develop and record their original piece of music submitted. With an over-night stay at a swanky hotel in London, the additional bonus to this already amazing challenge is a potential publishing deal and the release of their finalized track at the end this fantastic journey!

The challenge opens for entries on 27th February 2012 for 6 weeks and closes on 8th April 2012Anyone over the age of 18 can enter.

To get involved in this innovative project, participants need to submit an original audio clip, together with their own profile picture. Be it an acoustic vocal, rap, beat or fully formed composition, participants should take their influence from the world that surrounds them, spanning all different kinds of music from Bob Dylan to DeadMau5 and everything in between, to create something that is new and exciting.

Viewed by millions, and chosen out of thousands, the final audio submissions are decided by the public voters via Facebook and TwitterTalenthouse, the cutting edge social contest platform, will host and support this challenge, identifying and compensating artists through a life-changing contest that supports their submissions through online activity, while raising the profile of all participants involved. In just two years, Talenthouse has developed over 200 creative invites enabling submitting artists & hosts to virally grow their audiences.
