During the collaboration-heavy set, Syco-signee Labrinth jumped on to perform 2 of his own songs, with a little bit of help from a friend. Showcasing acoustic versions of “Let The Sunshine” and his smash hit “Earthquake”, the copious amounts of talent on stage is almost too much to bear. With Sheeran taking on Tinie Tempah’s verse in the latter, it was a guitar and foot-tapping frenzy – an apt example of the talent we have in this country – a couple of days before the biggest UK music celebration of the year.
Throughout the course of the night, Sheeran was joined on stage also by Mikill Pane, Wretch 32 and Example, but that wasn’t the only cause for interest last night. Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon teamed up to debut a new track “written on the road a couple of weeks ago”. Take a look at that HERE, and rejoice at some new Blur material.
