Flux Pavilion – Lift You Higher (feat. Lisa Hart)

Premiered on Mistajam’s first Radio 1Xtra show of the new last night, here is the absolutely massive new track from dubstep supremo Flux Pavilion’s forthcoming album entitled ‘Lift You Higher’.

He absolutely smashed up his last single ‘Superbad’ alongside frequent collaborator Doctor P, and this latest effort is no different. Featuring vocalist Lisa Hart (who also sang on the aforementioned last single), it’s got the potential to, with the necessary promotion, go mainstream in the same way the DJ Fresh’s ‘Louder’ did in the summer of last year, and top the charts. And what a lovely start to 2012 that would be.

With a jump-up sound and intoxicating basslines that’s likely to get dancefloors around the world bouncing, it’s bound to get a lot of love from DJs everywhere. The hook is damn catchy as well. The song then transcends into a more drum and bass style beat, demonstrating Flux’s versatility as a producer.

After being shortlisted in the BBC’s ‘Sound Of 2012’ shortlist recently alongside the likes of Skrillex and Azealia Banks, big things look on the horizon for this Northamptonshire producer.

Check out ‘Lift You Higher’ below… No release dates have been announced but make sure you follow Flux (@fluxpavilion) and ourselves (@soundhallblog) on Twitter and we’ll keep you up to date. Massive.
